A Sapphic Co-Regulation Event for Autistics, ADHDs & AuDHDs
Authentic Connection in a sensory sensitive space
Created by Rebecca Tolk, a late-diagnosed unmasked autistic
Facilitated by Rebecca and Karla Peña, a late-diagnosed ADHD human
Generously hosted at Gossip Grill
Description:
Touch Me Please is a guided co-regulation experience centered around consensual, platonic loving touch.
Many sensory-sensitive autistics learn to isolate for survival and regulation — especially in a large city like ours. I’ve learned that so many of us feel isolated and touch-deprived, which means survival can come at a painful cost. Sensory safety often requires distance. Fewer environments. Fewer people. Less input.
Over time, that can leave our bodies aching for the kind of touch that melts tension, sparks warmth, and reminds us we are not alone.
This event is an intentional container to access the regulating and bonding effects of loving touch.
Is it possible to feel connected without sacrificing sensory safety?
Can we experience human connection without overwhelm?
Let’s explore this together.
~Rebecca
Consent: By purchasing a ticket, you are consenting to giving and receiving loving touch (meaning with kind intention towards the one we are touching), such as pressure hugs, hand holding, standing back-to-back, arms gently touching, standing face-to-face while breathing together, and similar co-regulation exercises.
This is an opportunity to experience touch inside a safe container with 20 other sensory-sensitive humans. We will be standing and slowly moving between each co-regulation moment, organically switching partners. You may or may not interact with everyone. This is not partnered speed dating (just to set expectations). You will be standing for most of the event, and you are always welcome to take seated breaks whenever you need.
Who is this for? Single sapphic Autistics, ADHDs, AuDHDs who want to meet other single sapphics craving real heart-fluttering connection. All of us have been isolated and misunderstood for too long. Let’s come together with curiosity and compassion. Monogamy, Poly and ENM welcome. Age 21+ (Led by a 52 and 26 year old)
