Let’s Get Physical at Gossip Grill!

Join us Saturday Mornings before our fabulous brunch for some endorphins and community.

After your workout, enjoy brunch and a mimosa.

April 15th: HIIT Full Body with Christina

April 22nd: HIIT Cardio & Core with Nicole

April 29th: Bodyweight-Style HIIT with Bailey

May 6th: HIIT Bootcamp strength & cardio with Natalia

May 13th: Vinyasa Yoga OR Yoga Sculpt with Jillian

May 20th: Total Body Bootcamp with Michelle

May 27th: Simple & Sinister: Hyper-mobility Phase I with Nadine

Your $45 ticket includes 45 min training class, one brunch entrée, one Mimosa. (N/A drink options available)

A yoga mat is required for all workouts, but a small water bottle and workout towel are also recommended.

In order to participate, you MUST download this form, fill it out completely and email it back to brittany@gossipgrill.com by 5pm the Friday before your event.
